Third-Party Events

Interested in Hosting a Third-Party Event?

By choosing Helping Hand Home for Children as the beneficiary of your event, you are making a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve. We are grateful to partner with companies and organizations to create opportunities that strengthen team connection, company culture, and community impact while bringing hope and healing to those in our care.

Fundraising Guidelines:

To help ensure a successful fundraising experience, all third-party organizers are asked to follow these guidelines:

    • Monetary Contributions: Fundraising activities must be intended to raise monetary support for Helping Hand Home. This program does not apply to in-kind donations of goods or services.
    • Prior Approval: All fundraising activities must receive written approval before being promoted as benefiting Helping Hand Home.
    • Event Promotion and Marketing: The organizer is responsible for all event promotion, marketing, and outreach, including sharing event details and encouraging participation. Helping Hand Home is unable to promote third-party fundraising events in advance, so organizers should plan to manage all promotional efforts independently.
    • Use of Our Name and Logo: Written approval is required before using Helping Hand Home’s name, logo, or branding in connection with a fundraiser.
    • Financial Transparency: Organizers are responsible for maintaining accurate records of funds collected and related expenses and coordinating the submission of proceeds with Helping Hand Home.
    • Accurate Representation: Fundraising materials must accurately represent Helping Hand Home and its mission.
    • Organizers may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of our organization.

Helping Hand Home reserves the right to review each proposal and determine whether a fundraising activity aligns with our mission and organizational guidelines.
